Just lay the applique fabric on top of the background fabric, cut away the parts of the applique fabric you don't need as you applique, exposing the background fabric. No templates, no numbering system, no positioning of small pieces to create the design. What could be easier? Designed for machine, raw-edge, or hand applique.
